Believe it or not, what you eat can impact the health of your bladder…both positively and negatively.

Would I tell you to never have chocolate, caffeine, wine or spaghetti sauce ever again? Of course not. Everything in moderation, including those foods with higher levels of acidity. Water is best to drink. Non-citrus herbal teas are a close second. Rule of thumb: if something upsets your stomach, it’ll upset your bladder, too.
