Answer:
I would suggest the Tena Ultra or even better, the Tena Super Briefs for heavy and multiple over night wettings. Pullups just can't handle that amount.

Another trick I do is to put a booster pad inside the brief across the front as I am a stomach sleeper.

Answer:
We would like to suggest two different options for you to use overnight. We have our TENA Overnight Pad, which has a unique hourglass shape, and is designed for a heavy unexpected leak at night. The shape of the pad allows you to sleep in any position comfortably, while still offering a great protection. We have included a link to additional product information below:

http://www.tena.us/serenity-overnight-pads/5740057400,en_US,pd.html#q=Overnight%2BPad&prefn1=professional&prefv1=false&cprefn1=professional&cprefv1=false&start=10

The other product we would like to suggest is our TENA Men's Underwear Super Plus Absorbency. This product has a heavy protection rate, and feels like a regular pair of underwear, so you do not lose any sleep at night. We have included a link to additional product information below:

Why are Tena Slip Maxi briefs not available in the United States? I have tried this brief and really like it but importing it is just too expensive.

Answer:
I agree, it is a shame they don't offer this product in the US. I would love to be able to use the Maxi with plastic backing as it contains odor so much better than the "breathable" briefs do (by design).

I love breathable briefs for their comfort, but it means I can no longer eat asparagus ever again! LOL

We apologize but TENA slip products are not currently offered in the US. For a comparable product we suggest you try the TENA protective underwear.

Answer:
Thank you for your question. The TENA Flex Super and Maxi are products available through specialty stores. Information is available about those products on the TENA website in the Healthcare Professionals section. When looking for those products, check the Where To Buy link at the top of the page and choose the Specialty Store option. Just enter your zip code or state and you'll find stores that offer those products.

Briefs, underwear, pads all get a little confusing for me. I endure fecal incontinence from time to time. I wear protection all of the time. Right now, during the day winged pads that are ultra thin but absorbent are most comfortable and work best. However from time to time I experience explosive diarrhea and need a brief, I can't tell from the packaging adds which one I want. You make a brief that has padding of equal lengths, front and back. It does extend far enough up the back to give me protection at night. I can't tell which they are to order.

Answer:
Any of our brief-styled products will be suitable for fecal incontinence. We have provided a link below to all of the products that would fit your requirements. The only item on this list that would not be suitable is the TENA Belted Undergarment, as it does not have enough surface area to offer you an extended period of protection. The link for these products is below:

Why don't Tena's line of adult briefs contain any any standing leakage barriers? Most other brands on the market feature inner leak guards to help prevent stool and urine leakage as a standard feature, in fact all of the Tena briefs I used in Europe while there, have standing leak guards, yet none of the Tena briefs in America do? Why is that? The only Tena product I can find with standing leakage barriers available in the US are Tena Flex briefs, which are virtually impossible to find.

Our TENA brief lines come with curved leg elastics to provide a leak resistant seal and secure comfort and fit. We're sorry you're having difficulties finding the right product for you. We suggest searching our various online home-care partners here (http://www.tena.us/other-online-retailers/home-delivery,en_US,pg.html) or purchasing directly from us at TENA.us. Answer:
Tena doesn't make a booster pad to increase the absorbency of their products. Your only choice with Tena is to move up to the next more absorbent product.
