I have checked all the stores your website suggested.
My mother used these in the hospital and found them very helpful. How may we purchase them out of the hospital?

Great question! Our underwear is designed to fit and feel more like your usual undergarments. They have soft waist elastics and are designed to be pulled up and down with ease.

On the other hand, briefs sit on the high end of our absorbency scale. These products are designed to catch and hold the most liquid. They however do not have the soft waist elastic, but rather have adjustable tabs on either side to fit the waist to your comfort. They are not designed to be pulled up and down.

I need more width in the rear. Panty liners are too narrow, and I don't want to wear a full brief or diaper. These look wider in the photo. Are they wider? What's the measurements?

Thanks for your question. The pad itself is a one size fits all for the pants portion of the system. The pants portion does come in small and is available through our retail partner HDIS right here. (http://www.hdis.com/tena-comfort-pants.html) The waist is for 20" - 37".
