Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 53 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by an excellent product and an exceptional value The above referenced product is for my mother. As this particular brand and specifically the Super Stretch Briefs, were recommended by the nurse who cares for her, where she currently resides, I have taken to ordering what mom requires, on-line from your website. I find this method quicker and a lot easier, (rather than going to the store), and you folks always have the item that my mother requires in stock. Thank you for a pleasant and easy ordering experience. I WILL be ordering more of this specific product, as long as mom needs them. Thanks, again. T.F. September 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent My mother is very terminal { just put on hospice} and bed riden and is very difficult to change and keep dry. I have used nine different brands and different styles from slip on briefs to tab briefs. The super are the best of any by far with the ultra running a close second, especially when I can only order them for shipping since nobody sells them in Omaha within over 50 miles, however they are pricey but worth it. Thanks ! October 21, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by good I have tried other name brands and generic. I always came back to Tena. I use them at night with very little leakage. I am post stroke and have the bowel and bladder issues to go with it. Thank goodness I am not changing my sheets daily. September 19, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tena Super Briefs This is a good reliable product. I use them for longer periods between changes in conjunction with Tena Classic briefs for shorter periods. September 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Superior Product My husband has advanced dementia and I am his full time caregiver. I have used this product exclusively for over a year. Great fit and extremely absorbent. Easy to take off and put on. The Auto Buy program works beautifully. I never have to remember to order or worry about running out. September 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tena Super Stretch Briefs They are very a sorbate and don't leak. I am a person that doesn't rate a product this well unless it earns that rating. It is super absorbent. Will hold quite a bit of volume without leaking. It is comfortable and not bulky and won't show under your clothes. All round a great diaper. August 22, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love them These diapers i highly rated anyone to use these fit snug they feel comfortable very soft makes you feel like you're wearing underwear they hold more and there odor-free good for overnight use these are better than any store brand I use like them. August 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Tena Briefs I started using these when I went into rehab and when I left ,I could not find these and had to buy others. The other briefs had two small tabs to close the brief and they will not stay on,so I found the Tena phone number and called and I am very happy. No one wants to have to wear these, but I do ,so I am happy . July 30, 2016

Answer:
The Stretch Ultra and Stretch Super are very similar, but the Stretch Ultra is thinner and less absorbent, which can make it more undetectable under clothes.

Also, the Stretch Ultra has more in a package, so it winds up being considerably less expensive per brief than the Stretch Super.

If you don't need the somewhat heavier absorbent protection level of the Super, you'll generally always be better off using the Ultra.

Answer:
I believe the stretch ultra has a bar of velcro like material to attach and reattach brief for comfort. And the super does not. The ultra also has more stretch.

Answer:
The stretch are easier to put on. They move with the body to attach better. With the others you got what you got.

Answer:
I asked Tena this and the CSR had a hard time with it. Believe it or not, the Super has a higher absorbency than the Ultra (the names seem backwards to me). As proof of this, Super is more expensive.

Answer:
Absorbency is the difference. The Stretch Super briefs will provide a little bit more protection than the Strength Ultra briefs.

I used to put my Tena underwear on sitting on a the toilet; but now that I use the briefs, is it better if you are lying on a bed, or standing up?

Answer:
It depends on whether you do it yourself or somebody puts them on you. In my opinion whatever works for you personally. I get help with mine so I lay down on my bed for them to do it.

Answer:
I believe if you attach one side around your leg then when you stand up you'll just need to bend down and pull up the other side of the brief and then attach the other side. Ajust as nescessary.

Answer:
I usually change standing. I tend to get a better fit from standing changes. And also, changing in public, is easiest and more discreet while standing.

Answer:
I personally start off by laying the briefs out on my bed completely open. Then I put it where I need it, stand up, secure it between my legs, and fastened it standing up. I do the fastening in front of my bathroom mirror to make sure I put it in the right spot. Don't worry if you get it too loose or too tight the first time. You can re-fasten multiple times. (:

Answer:
Our TENA Stretch briefs are available in Medium and Large/XL sizings and the Medium brief is a minimum 33". While the adjustable tabs may be able to accomidate a 32" waist we suggest you try our TENA Small Brief as well (https://www.tena.us/small-briefs/6610066100,en_US,pd.html) These products will assuredly fit a 32" waist.
