Rated 5 out of 5 by Michelle Great product. Helps me feel confident all day long!
I have been using Tena products for about 10 years now, since I was in my early thirties and after the birth of my fourth child. Over that time, I started out using liners, then pads, and then, as my incontinence became worse and worse (to the point now that I have no more control over my bladder at all), I began using briefs. The Tena Super Brief is the ultimate in protection and makes me feel secure and confident all day long. I even wear them overnight as they are one of the only incontinence products that can handle the volume of urine that I lose during the course of the night. I have used bulkier adult briefs, but I don't like to feel like I'm wearing a diaper and the Tena briefs don't have that same bulkiness, yet they have the same level of absorbancy. I love the fact that I can wear them with virtually any outfit, from jeans to the shearest dresses and skirts, and nobody can tell I'm wearing incontinence protection! Tena is a Godsend!

I use these briefs for overnight needs. I have not found another brief that meets the heavier needs I of protection overnight and these briefs fit that bill!! I would give my recommendation to anyone who may need this type of product to keep bedding and clothing dry.

Well I'm a 26 year old with both bowel and urinary incontinence. I've been using TENA diapers since I was in school and this one in concrete for a few years. Unlike other brands, this product has serve me well and I've been very loyal to it for a lot of reasons. Not a single time have I wet or soiled my clothes or the bed. The diaper is not noticeable at all under clothes, they go well with jeans, exercise clothing, yoga pants...you name it!
I've used them for daytime and night time, used them to school, college, work, going out, never has anyone noticed I was wearing a diaper or if I wet or soiled myself.
The product does the job right. If you're and active person suffering from incontinence, regardless of your age, I recommend it!
I wanna give my thanks to TENA for making products like this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Johnjen I like them but cant buy them locally. Got to go on line.
The super brief has a good holding capacity but I have leakage if they are not changed 2-3 times per day.

I've been off and on incontinent for over 20 years. Now in my mid 30s it's been getting far worse due to a progressing neurological disorder. I was on a trip and ran out of my normal brand I usually use due to abnormally heavy bladder voids, soni exhausted my bag i carried along. I stopped by a local medical supply shop where the people there said that I should really give them a try since they didnt carry my normal brand and to my amazement they are actually more comfortable then my normal brand and I don't get the sweat buildup that I get with my normal brand. Absorbancy so far is superb even without secondary leak guards. Laying on my side I have not had any leaks yet, my only complaint it the sizes seem to run small. I have a 36" waist but have fat calfs so even the mediums the tapes end up on my sides so i usually wear a boxer or boxer briefs over them to prevent the tabs popping loose when I toss and turn. Only issue wirh clith baxked versus plastic is the security of the tabs. As for daytime use they are comfortable under normal Street clothes and silent. I may have to switch from my normal brand to these after I finish off the remaining 5 bags I have left of them. They are about the same price per unit.
These are far better then the Tena Stretch Brief. I could never get those to fit correctly and snug enough without wrapping the sides clear around to the back.
Another nice thing about the breif style even with me only having bladder issues. And heavy voids I'd indont have to get undressed in a public stall to change if I have to. I've had some otherwise awkward and emabrrasing moments with the underwear style so I stick to brief style for convienence and security and knowing I won't have any embarrassing moments.
