The diaper was no better at keeping him dry than others I have tried, even when I doubled diapered him. On a positive note, the taps to hold the diaper are really great. They are big enough to go around a "big guy" and the closure is actually "sticky" enough to attached to the diaper but can still be lifted and re-positioned if necessary.

How the product helps my confidence
You have folks rate confidence, but I must say I have been able to go to Japan for two weeks each time for the past 2 years. I couldn't have done that without TENA. Other products give me rashes and broken skin, but TENA does not. They are comfortable, more so than any other product I have tried. I use them when I may not find a restroom, and feel confident.

Excellent product & great value
I've tried various products fromTena, (briefs)..and have come to the conclusion, the Ultra stretch briefs are the most comfortable. (Leg size & waist size combination).

The incontinence briefs were very much favored by the nursing home staff who takes care of my husband. His roommate even switched to Tena!
Great service from customer service, very high quality product, highly recommended. My husband is wheelchair bound in a nursing home. The staff really like these diapers. They fit well and are effective which is saying something as he is a heavy wetter.

The Best We've Found
We love the TENA Stretch Ultra Briefs for our disabled son. We find them effective with moderate to heavy bladder incontinence and lite to moderate fecal incontinence. These briefs also seem to have a breathability that other brands and styles don't have.

Tena Briefs gives me confidence.
Containing the leakage from my outer garments is why Tena Briefs gives me confidence. I am a cancer survivor who has had a robotic prostatectomy which has left me with temporary incontinence. This adult diaper is very comfortable to wear day and night. Very good absorbency. Tabs grip pretty good. This diaper would be much better if it had tape tabs on a plastic backing. Did have a few times that diaper sagged because hook and loop slipped during the active part of my day. Had one night with a leak but other wise it held up good for night time. I would probably buy more if the price was a bit lower.

lines are long and bathrooms are not as sanitary as most would like. my bladder is getting older and my prostate doesn't seem to be a good shut off valve anymore. i can wear a brief for hours because the absorbency is excellence. the velcro type fasteners mean even at home i am safe from indignity. at home we refer to them as insurance policies but we all know they're actually diapers, check that, excellent diapers.

Tena strech overnights
Very comfortable. Nice feeling. I ordered l/ lx. They were a little loose however they did fit and stayed on all night. More then likely will order more of this type.

Great Product
Because of my size I had to try several products and manufacturers before I found the right product for me. The product I now use is 61390. I weigh just over 300 pounds but this product is perfect for my needs. On occasion, I have used one of these briefs for more than 15 hours a day without any leakage. I am now retired and use this daily whenever I have to leave home for more than an hour. For new users I would suggest that they practice putting on the brief until they find the best way tor them. I did this and now am able to put on the briefs and be ready to go in less than two minutes.
