Rated 5 out of 5 by MKCS from Great product, great fit. Tena Overnight Underwear is the best product of its type I've tried. Effective and comfortable although a little expensive. I'e trie Always, Depends, and several store brands, but Tena provides the best it and coverage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Chicky from Best product on the market I have been using Tena pads, and now briefs, for quite a long time. I've tried competitor products but none compare to Tena! Tena is more absorbing and just simply just handles what it was designed for in a much better way!

Rated 5 out of 5 by upsedaisy from better than the others I compared this pull up underwear to two other brands and the Tena ones absorb more, absorb faster, and didn't leak at all. This is all very important to me. I've had many pullups and briefs which leak at night. I have bladder spasms, which cause sudden loss of urine, which many pads and overnight underwear simpy cannot absorb. Tena was the best I've found after several years of wearing pads and underwear protection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SeniorK from Comfort and convenience Tena overnight seems to provide my wife more comfort than other brands we have tried. That comfort, combined with less leakage and greater convenience, has made Tena our brand of choice.

Are the measurements shown for the Medium and Large, hips or waist? When will the extra-large size be available?
I am 'pear shaped' with larger hips and thighs. I am concerned about the large fitting me properly with enough 'give' in the leg openings so my legs/thighs aren't irritated. When do you expect the extra-large size to be available?
They are available now. You can order a trial size online before you purchase any. There is also a coupon available on line also.

Would the use of incontinent pads with the overnight Tena cause them to not work as well?
My elderly Mom always wears a pad with her disposable underwear. I am concerned that this might actually cause leaks because the pad changes the way the underwear fits and absorbs.
I wear the overnight pad in my underwear.

Does the overnight underwear (or any other products come with adhesive side strips instead of pull up?
I have recently tried the overnight underwear and really like them. It would be so much easier to be able to use adhesive side strips instead of having to pull these up and down. Do any of your products have the side strips?
object to adhesive side strips. Prefer pull ups only!!

Just received the sample kit. Which side is the front?
The back of the Tena overnight underwear has some blue lines in the waistband, so the waistband that doesn't have any blue strips is the front.

What is the best overnight for my mom she would need a size small?
I would personally recommend the Tena overnight underwear in small. It is the first product I have found that has actually prevented leaks and accidents. It is comfortable and seems to protect the skin. I wear them day and night.
