Notifies you when it’s time to consider a change

To use the Change Indicator, just attach it to the outside of the TENA absorbent product before applying the product to your loved one. When the TENA absorbent product is being filled, a notification is sent to your smartphone. This helps you decide when the product should be changed. For extra support, you can also use the TENA SmartCare app to check the status at any time. For example, you can check that the product is dry or if there is a small amount of urine in it. This may sometimes be useful to know when planning your time.

Everything delivered to you

All you have to do to get started is order a subscription at the TENA Webshop and download the TENA SmartCare Family app. The monthly subscription includes the Starter Kit containing the Change Indicator and what you need to set it up, as well as refills of sensor strips and batteries every 90 days. When you have downloaded the app from App Store or Google Play and registered your account, you can also invite others who help care for your loved one to use the app and benefit from the Change Indicator. For example, you can plan the care and share tasks.
